In conclusion,

I find that Mexican food are not simple burritos and tacos. It's much more complex and always evolving with the times. Of course foods such as tamales and tortillas will always remain a staple in Mexican diet and will always be passed on through the generations. Despite having international influences on cuisine, the tastes of Mexico remains through the various spices and crops that make Mexico unique. Fast food restaurants will continue to pop up and serve "Mexican" food but nothing beats a home cooked meal from a recipe that's been passed through generations.

  1. I would have to agree that it always feels good to have a good Mexican home cooked meal. Another basic and most important food to the Mexican diet is, corn. Its interesting how these recipes all change and vary in different regions of Mexico. I enjoyed reading your last post and its written thoroughly. I would probably add more to your conclusion, such as how your research influenced your results.

  2. The conclusion had a positive ending to Mexican food. I enjoyed that you touched on various setting from International to home cooked meals. I agree that the Mexican served in restaurants do not compare to the food eaten at home. After all, as you mention "Mexican" food does change and develop differently over time.
